How To Order

IT’S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

Request a quotation by filling out our request form (You’ll receive our quotation in 1-3 working days.)
E-mail your design to us or have us create it for you.
Approve the draft design that we create for you. Pay by credit card through PayPal .

【PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ARTWORK AS A DATA FILE】
Send your black and white line drawing, color designations and finished art to our company representative by email. The data should be full-size and created by Adobe Illustrator (any version is fine).

【IF WE DO THE ARTWORK】
We use Adobe Illustrator 10J to create your camera-ready art for an additional charge of $40.00 to $165.00
Send special features such as logos and photographic images as a data file attachment, or fax them to us if they are unavailable in that format.
We can do light pen and other touch-ups for characters, etc., so send them even if you do not have a data file.

■■PLEASE NOTE■■

We may have to make a substitution if we do not have the appropriate font, so outline text (our preference) or send the font with your data file if you are not using a standard font such as mincho or gothic. (Go to My Computer, click on Control Panel and then click on Fonts)

If you are not using Adobe Illustrator, we may not be able to open or use your data file. Please get in touch with us beforehand by phone, email or other means.

Compressed data files that use .sea, or other Macintosh-only compression formats cannot be extracted by Windows. If you send compressed data, please use .lzh or other compression formats that are accessible by both Windows and Macintosh.

Be sure to get in touch with us if you have any problems or questions. We will give you all the information you need. We are happy to help you if you are not proficient with computers.

If you cannot prepare your artwork with Adobe Illustrator, we will do it for you. (Extra charge.)
If you want us to create your data, please show us a draft when you order. (A sketch is fine.)

An Important Reminder Before You Place Your Order
We cannot take responsibility after delivery for claims regarding merchandise that had to be manufactured without a pre-production sample because of a short delivery date or small order. We strive to satisfy our customers and are meticulous in our work. We ask that our customers understand that our merchandise is almost entirely custom made and differs from situations where names are imprinted on stock items. Because of production constraints, it may at times be difficult to match your expectations fully without a pre-production sample. However, if there is a conspicuous defect in the finished product, we will manufacture it again at our cost.
