●Pre-Production Sample: Available for free for orders of 1,000 or more. Available at cost of $85.00 when you order 500 or more items. No charge if you do not request a sample.
●Delivery: approximately 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your camera-ready artwork. Rubber PVC lapel pins: 3 to 4 weeks. Die Cast 3D pins: 4 to 5 weeks
●Packaging: Items are packaged in individual polybags.
●Pin Types: Lapel pin with spring-out pane
We also offer many other variations such as a pin on pin, bobble head pins (spring pins), sliders and pins with a fuzzy surface.
●Back Fastenings: Besides butterfly clutches, you can also choose screw backs, tie tac clutches, safety pin attachments or stick pins. (Additional charge of $.08 to $.25 per piece)
●Your Design Format: Camera-ready artwork (a full-size, black and white line drawing) with color designations.
We cannot take responsibility after delivery for claims regarding merchandise that had to be manufactured without a pre-production sample because of a short delivery date or small order. We strive to satisfy our customers and are meticulous in our work. We ask that our customers understand that our merchandise is almost entirely custom made and differs from situations where names are imprinted on stock items. Because of production constraints, it may at times be difficult to match your expectations fully without a pre-production sample. However, if there is a conspicuous defect in the finished product, we will manufacture it again at our cost.
